Using this site
This website is provided for information about MUSICMIX ENTERTAINMENT and the artists and services we represent. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Enquiries are not bookings
Submitting the contact form starts a conversation. It does not create a booking, hold a date, or form a contract. Engagements are confirmed only by a signed agreement or written confirmation from us, subject to artist availability and any deposit terms set out in that agreement.
Artist listings
Artists, bands and shows listed on this site are represented for the territories and engagement types described. Listings, personnel, repertoire and specifications may change without notice. Tribute and celebration shows are independent productions and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the original recording artists, their estates, or their record labels.
Tickets
Tickets to events we promote are sold through Press Play Tickets or the venue’s own box office, under that platform’s terms. Purchase, refund and exchange questions are handled by whoever sold the ticket.
Intellectual property
The MUSICMIX name, logos, site design, copy and original imagery are our property or used with permission. Artist names, images and marks belong to their respective owners. Nothing here grants you a licence to use any of it without written permission.
Third-party links
We link to other sites, including Press Play Tickets and VenueIQ. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any site we do not operate.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
