Who we are

MUSICMIX ENTERTAINMENT (“MUSICMIX”, “we”) is an event promotion, music marketing and talent booking business based in Southern Ontario, Canada. We operate this website and are the parent company of Press Play Tickets and VenueIQ, each of which publishes its own privacy terms for its own platform.

What we collect

When you send us a message we collect the name, email address, and any phone number, organization or message content you choose to give us. We also collect standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) and, where enabled, aggregate analytics about how the site is used.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, provide the services you ask about, keep records of our business dealings, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone except service providers who help us operate (for example our web host and email provider), or where the law requires it.

Advertising and analytics

We run advertising campaigns for our clients on platforms including Meta, Google and YouTube. Those campaigns are targeted using audience segments provided by the platforms, not by identifying individual visitors to this site. If advertising or analytics tags are active on this site, the platform that sets them also processes that data under its own terms.

Keeping it, and getting rid of it

We keep enquiry records only as long as we need them for the purpose they were collected and for reasonable business and legal record-keeping. You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it.
